About Us

Holly Hoffman

As a former leader with The Walt Disney Company, Holly has been honored to serve thousands of Guests as well as hire, train, and lead thousands of Cast Members for 25 years. During those years, she became an expert in Quality Service, Leadership Excellence, and Employee Engagement.

She carried her Disney excellence with her when she became a leader at Orlando Health and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), caring for patients and families, as well as the pathologists and laboratorians caring for critical patients at CHOP and around the world.

As a Sr. Facilitator for Disney Institute, Holly created content and trained domestic and international leaders as well as front-line employees of educational institutions and corporate organizations of all sizes including healthcare, sports, airlines, automotive, entertainment, restaurant, and financial institutions.

Holly has also facilitated a variety of guest service, leadership, business excellence, and employee engagement courses sponsored by various community and business organizations across North America and Asia.
